I can't quite figure out why the data is moving so slow, and my hotspot just won't connect anymore. I've barely used 10 GB, and now I'm stuck trying to get online. I can't recall my password or anything, and my email isn't helping either. I'm locked out of my account.

"My phone works just fine"
I don’t have any issues with my phone, except for when I drop it. The service is fantastic. When folks nearby mention they're facing network problems and ask if I'm experiencing any issues, I just look at them and say no, then continue with my chat.

I'm currently in the hospital, and on this floor, I can't use my device since it messes with the health equipment. It's a real bummer!

I really dig Q Link, but I'm scratching my head over the 0 texts. I send messages every single day, it's how I keep in touch. I keep texting, yet it keeps showing 0 texts. Aside from that, I'm happy with my Q Link service; the connection is solid no matter where I am.
